What is your delivery policy?

Forbes delivery policy

All orders placed by 3:00 p.m. est and where credit approval and product availability are confirmed on the same business day* that the order is placed will be delivered the next business day. Items shipped direct from the vendor may require an earlier order placement time.

Forbes catalog, Web site and it's US retail business operate within the continental US for customers within the US and therefore do not ship or bill to international addresses. Forbes delivers to street addresses (not P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO) in the continental US only.

Certain Forbes items originate directly from carefully selected vendors and manufacturers. In many instances, delivery personnel will deliver your order to your entrance. Other items are prestocked at warehouses around the country and delivered by a common carrier. For these items a loading dock is needed. If one is not available, delivery personnel will bring your order to the tailgate of the truck and you are responsible for unloading the items and bringing them into your building.

*Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.

What is your return policy?

Forbes Office Supply believes in supplying our customers with only the best products the office supply industry has to offer. However, we do realize that problems can occur and mistakes do happen. So, if you need to return a product, please follow the guidelines listed below.

•  Customers should check ALL packages and enclosed merchandise at the time they are delivered. This will help us to identify, and promptly handle any problems that may occur with your order. If you have a problem, please call our office at 704-489-0040 and have your order number ready.

•  All merchandise returned must be in the original carton with all packaging intact, unmarked and in new condition.

•  All merchandise must be returned within 20 days of the ship date.

•  Defective merchandise must be reported within 5 business days of the receiving date.

•  Shortages must be reported within 2 days of the receiving date.

•  Special order merchandise, including furniture, is NOT subject to return except in case of error by Forbes Office Supply.

•  Damaged merchandise should be refused.

•  Concealed damaged merchandise should be reported immediately.
